A placeholder with very limited information is now up on both Microsoft’s XBOX Store as well as Sony’s PlayStation Store.
The games aren’t yet available for pre order but you can expect that to happen soon with the College Football 25 game scheduled to be released in July.

Remember, EA Sports College Football 25 will not be released on XBOX One or PlayStation 4, so you will need to get one of the newer consoles to play.
