We’ll start first with the platinum quicksell values. It is a subtle distinction but if you look at the card art, you will see a stack of coins on the right side. Those coins indicate that this is a platinum card and will quicksell for coins instead of training.
The higher the overall rating of the card, the more coins you can quicksell for. Platinum cards range from 76 overall to 84 overall.

For the overwhelming majority of other cards, your only option to quicksell them for training. Below you can find the training values for each overall rating.
Just like with the platinum cards, the values really take off as the overall ratings near the top of the range.

There is always a sweet spot for those who need to turn cards or coins into training points. It varies with the auction market so you’ll want to do some quick calculations if you are trying to get the most bang for your buck.
Generally, you’ll want to find cards somewhere in that 78-83 overall range. The lowest rated cards and highest rated cards often don’t provide great value for training.
